Daniel P. Northrup MHA - Founder & President
Mr. Northrup is an expert in the healthcare
field with over twenty-five years of experience managing hospitals,
nursing homes and rehabilitation centers. He has also worked for
one of the countrys largest managed care companies directing
their physician review program.
His broad base of experiences in the healthcare
field includes specialty work in gerontology, third party reimbursement
(Medicare and Medicaid) and managed care. He also has a strong
background in health education and has held adjunct teaching positions
at the University of New Hampshire and the Dartmouth College Medical
School - Department of Community and Family Medicine.
Mr. Northrup has held positions as the
President and CEO of two small community hospitals in New Hampshire
and New York in the late 1970s and early 1980s and
Vice President of Professional Services at the Community Hospital
of Lancaster (PA). He also served as Special Assistant to the
President of Elliot Hospital and Health Northeast in Manchester,
New Hampshire from 1985 to 1989. During that time he achieved
Member status with the American College of Healthcare Executives.
In 1990 Mr. Northrup moved his career into the area of long term
care where he held Administrator positions at several nursing
and rehabilitation facilities in two New England states. Mr. Northrup
is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Massachusetts and
New Hampshire and a member of the American College of Healthcare
Administrators (ACHA). He was also one of the few individuals
in the country to achieve Professional Certification through the
ACHA in 1993. Mr. Northrup is also an active member of the National
Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers with credentials
as an Advanced Professional.
He has been actively involved
with many professional and community groups throughout his career,
many of which are focused on leading healthcare issues. Mr. Northrup
received his B.A. degree in Health Education from Montclair State
University and a Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration
from George Washington University. He also served in the United
States Marine Corps during the Vietnam era.

Lizbeth A. Mayer BSW - Geriatric Social Worker

Lizbeth has extensive experience working
with the elderly in several settings including hospitals, nursing
homes and social service agencies. She is also a caregiver providing
support and services to her elderly parents and disabled brother.

Marie P. Anderson GNP MSN RNCS - Geriatric Nurse Practitioner
& Care Manager
Marie is one of the few nurse practitioners
in the New England region with additional certification in geriatric
nursing. She has dedicated much of her 18-year career working in
hospitals, nursing homes and outpatient clinics.

Karen K. Fennimore MS - Client Services Manager
Karen is an expert in information technology
and program management. She brings her talents and skills to our
team working as Client Services Manager. She has personal experience
as an adult caregiver for her parents, who required substantial
support and services at home.

Deborah Bakaletz - Medicaid Application Specialist
Deborah has extensive experience working with public benefit programs. She worked for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Transitional Assistance for more than 30 years. Deborah's expertise includes all facets of the Medicaid application process from initial intake through final approval.

Carol A. Lundgren - Elder Advocate
Carol advocates on behalf of our elderly clients and their families to address and enhance quality of life issues in all settings including home, adult day programs, assisted living communities or nursing facilities. Carol is an expert with the Group Adult Foster Care (GAFC) program providing a financial aid option to seniors in assisted living communities. She is also an adult
caregiver for her mother. Carol has degrees in business as well as gerontology and social welfare.
