Home Based Rehabilitation Services
At ParentCareUSA, we strive to do everything possible to keep our client's parents or loved ones at home as long as possible. In conjunction with a team consultant, we can arrange to have outpatient rehabilitation services delivered in the home setting. These services are designed to benefit anyone whose ability to safely and effectively manage a full range of daily activities has declined because of acute or chronic illness, aging, environmental obstacles, or psychological factors. Working closely with family and caregivers, our rehab team empowers clients to reach their optimal level of functioning while holding fast to a sense of pride and self-worth. Some of the services provided include occupational and physical therapy, home safety and functional assessments, consultation and teaching with family and caregivers and solutions involving adaptive/assistive equipment. In many cases, these services can be billed to Medicare and other insurance companies.
