I wanted to thank you all for your help during a very difficult time.  It is so very important that people know that there is support like yours out there.  In my prior searches, I only found groups and meetings for caregivers of folks with memory issues.  But as we know, there are a multitude of areas that come up when caring for an elder or an adult.  I am ever grateful your company bridges that gap.  It was so instrumental to me to have the authoritative support to pull mom from <her current facility>.  I am certain she is here with us now as a result of that action.  Thank you again so much for the great work you do.
